We employ our own Registered General Nurses to work alongside our expertly trained team of carers to deliver tailored packages of care and around the clock support to clients of all ages. When the need arises, our carers undertake additional training to ensure the care we provide is specific to the individual needs of each client.

  • Babies and Children – for those born with or suffering childhood trauma which results in complex care needs we are able to offer an individualised support service. In consultation with the family and MDT we will tailor our care to fully meet the needs of all concerned; providing support around the family or delivering 24/7 care.

  • Adults – for those enduring complex care needs as a result of a trauma we are able to offer individualised packages of care delivered by a dedicated team of fully trained staff.

Our expertise in caring for clients with complex care needs covers but is not limited to;

  • Airway management: including ventilation, tracheostomy aspiration and suctioning.

  • Cerebral palsy: including participation in therapeutic sessions as required; speech & language therapy, physiotherapy and occupational therapy.

  • Epilepsy: including the use of emergency medication such as buccal midazolam.

  • Nasogastric and enteral feeding: including maintenance of tubing to ensure patency and correct positioning.

  • Palliative care: working alongside other health care professionals to support therapeutic and medical interventions. Where appropriate we also offer social support to enable our clients to continue to follow hobbies and interests.

  • Spinal injuries: we work as part of the multi-disciplinary team around the client to deliver an individualised, holistic package of care including ventilation and tracheostomy management.

  • End of life care: We work closely with organisations such as Marie Curie Cancer Care to support clients and their families at this most difficult time.
